Send invoices and other documents without detouring through Outlook or webmail: recipient, PDF attachment, and text template in the panel. Sending and recipients are visible on the document and in the activity log.
Optionally use tenant SMTP for outbound mail: sender and delivery match your domain.
Every send creates a log entry: who sent which PDF to whom and when. Together with audit-ready document storage, the basis for internal clarification and customer inquiries.
The send dialog sits on the document. Recipient, PDF, and text are created there, and the send is logged.
When a customer says the invoice never arrived, the log shows who sent which PDF to which address, and when.
That is the internal trail. It does not replace a delivery guarantee from the mail server.
