RechnungsButler automates inbound invoices: detect email and scans, name files consistently, sort into Google Drive, and optionally forward to DATEV or Lexware. Jupiter ERP is not a Drive filing helper. It is a cloud ERP for outgoing and incoming documents, accounting, and operational modules on one platform.
RechnungsButler targets inbound document chaos: pull invoices from email, photograph via app, extract data with AI, smart-name files, and store them in Google Drive. Optionally, receipts go to Belegmail interfaces for DATEV, Agenda, or Lexware. The goal is order and tax-advisor handoff, not writing outgoing invoices or a full ERP.
In Jupiter ERP you capture and process expense receipts with AI suggestions, run outgoing documents including e-invoicing (ZUGFeRD), payment matching, and DATEV export, and extend with service, inventory, and API when needed. Storage is not Google Drive as the core system, but a tenant-capable panel (including a Drive module for files). If you only want to sort inbound PDFs and send them to your advisor, a specialist tool often remains enough.
Jupiter ERP does not replace RechnungsButler 1:1 as a Google Drive automation layer with email alias and scanner binding. Jupiter ERP fits when you want to connect receipts to outgoing processes, payment matching, and optionally service, and run fewer parallel tools.
