No. The Jupiter AI assistant is part of the AI module in Jupiter ERP, available on practically every page in the panel. There is no separate contract, sign-up, or licence for it.

Where do I find the Jupiter AI assistant?

The sparkle icon in the header opens the assistant sidebar on the right edge of the screen: on whichever page you're currently on, without leaving it.

What's the difference from AI chat?

The Jupiter AI assistant is the narrow sidebar with page context: ideal for quick questions while you work. AI chat offers longer conversations with advisor roles and access to your company data.

Can the assistant see data from other tenants?

No. The assistant works strictly read-only and is limited to your tenant, just like the rest of AI chat.

One capability, not a separate app

The Jupiter AI assistant is deliberately not a standalone product with its own login or price list. It is part of the AI module, just like AI chat and receipt recognition. The sparkle icon in the header is available on practically every page in the panel, as long as your plan includes the AI module.

Unlike full AI chat with advisor roles (tax, legal, business advisory), the Jupiter AI assistant is intentionally narrow: short, concrete answers about exactly the page that's currently open. Ideal for a quick question while you keep working.

What the assistant knows about your page

The Jupiter AI assistant automatically recognizes whether you're editing an invoice, an expense receipt, a contact, or a service report, and factors that context into its answers, without you having to describe it first.

When you switch to a new page, the assistant asks whether you want to continue the existing conversation or start fresh with the new context. You stay in control of the conversation history.
