Set up two-factor authentication

Set up an authenticator app in user settings and enter the code when you sign in.

An authenticator app confirms sign-in after the password with a code. Sign-in is complete only when that code is valid. The setup belongs to your user, whichever account is open.

Set up an authenticator app

  1. Open the user menu and choose Settings.
  2. Open Two-factor authentication.
  3. Click Set up authenticator app.
  4. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app, or enter the key manually.
  5. Enter the code from the app and confirm the setup.
  6. Write down the recovery codes. Jupiter ERP shows them only this once.

  1. Enter your email and password on the sign-in page.
  2. Then enter the current code from the authenticator app.
  3. If the app is unavailable, choose Recovery code and use one of the codes you saved. Each code works once.

Replace codes or turn it off

  • Create new codes replaces the current recovery codes. You need your password and a code from the app.
  • Turn off two-factor authentication removes the authenticator app and the recovery codes. You need your password and a current code or a recovery code.
